      Pros

      Employee interactions. There are some activities for employees to have some fun. Ability to work from home but only for upper management. If you don't have a family and are single great place to get started and then move on because you will be married to this job, long hours, stressful workload.

      Cons

      No overtime!!! Long, long hours and no real opportunity to take a vacation or sick day off. When first hired they tell you that there is room to advance but quickly see that they DO NOT promote to management positions from within the company.

      They pay, that is about it.

      Cons

      Sweet shop, they will squeeze your contract for as long as they want, Payment is secure but not steady, dont expect to get paid when you finish your job. I had a job finished 4 years prior, and they were calling to see if I could do more. of course included in your flat fee paid before.
