      The Management Team is open to new ideas. They will take the time to listen to your thoughts. You will not be just another employee. They offer perks to keep their employees motivated. You will be busy but not over worked. Co-workers are friendly and work together as a team to accomplish goals. Room for advancement.

      I honestly cannot think of any cons working for this company.

      They pay, that is about it.

      Cons

      Sweet shop, they will squeeze your contract for as long as they want, Payment is secure but not steady, dont expect to get paid when you finish your job. I had a job finished 4 years prior, and they were calling to see if I could do more. of course included in your flat fee paid before.
