Bad working conditions and no support - Project Manager Menemsha Development Employee Review

Many long hours with minimal support. Quite a bit of micromanagement from above. Management initially agreed to verify employment hours for NCARB registration after I left the company, then later refused to respond to emails for months afterwards. After which, the 6-month reporting window closed and was unable to receive credit for any hours worked while at Menemsha. If you are working on licensure or reciprocity, I would think twice about starting with this company. The refusal to sign off on legitimate, factual hours worked while employed (regardless of the employee's departure from the company) is professionally unethical.
