Pros

The money per mile is nice. And a starting later in the day is nice.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Incomplete training to handle the job.you don't know what you did wrong until they give you a written warning. And the do not disclose how much data is on the computer until you run over and then charge you for it.hr is completely unhelpful. They encourage you to take time off and then push you for your attendance.

Pros

Great company mission, making a real difference in the clients' lives, annual bonuses, 403b match, capability for advancement within the company

Cons

Industry standards/funding sources dictate hourly compensation, raises are generally not performance-based, lack of resources available and high workload at times

Pros

Lots of food, parties, and trainings on whether you identify as a circle, square, or triangle. The entire company is using our tax dollars to hold trust fall type trainings while patting themselves on the back.

Cons

Lack of diversity in overall company, especially at the level of upper management and above. More interested in appearances as opposed to results. EXTREME lack of clinical expertise across certain divisions. A place to celebrate your race, gender, and sexuality vs actually supporting clients. Some divisions are a dumping ground for the state who is trying to save money at the expense of personal suffering. Cannabis use throughout residential group homes and day programs seems to be unrecognized or occurs with a wink and a nod.
