Evaluation of the employment at the medical school at Mercer - Anonymous employee Mercer University Employee Review

The moral is extremely low. Faculty members are leaving almost on a monthly basis.There is lack of confidence in whatever the new employee is told when he or she starts and what happened afterward. Even the written contracts are not fully honored. There is no effort to retain good faculty members. Upper management does not show good grasp of the realities of the effort involving combining clinical practice with teaching.
