Compensation package not the best. I personally did not care for medical insurance plan, did not offer much coverage for anything and premiums were not economically priced. Also, some jobs at Mercer (not all) pay only once a month, this can be difficult for someone just securing employment, or for someone on a tight budget who needs a bi-weekly income.
