Pros
Excellent pay, pension, 401k with a 6% match. Top-drawer company to put on a resume. The work-life balance was wonderful, as well as paid time off and holidays. Wonderful, smart colleagues and large budgets to buy top-line equipment to stay on top of the latest science.
Cons
Constant restructuring and uncertain directives. Some favoritism and tolerance of slackers by the management. The company follows the latest science instead of creating it, so there's a more reactive rather than proactive vibe to the corporate culture.
