Pros
Good pay with decent benefits, good vacation. What we do improves/saves lives. It's a good resume builder as the name carries some cache.
Cons
Constantly cutting costs and downsizing since Ken Frazer took over as CEO. No stability for employees due to constant cuts and restructurings. The company has a very short term focus. The only strategic initiative is to cut costs. All the short term decisions will hurt the company long term. Very small budgets for continuous improvement training.
