Pros

-On-site gym and free personal training and classes -Great health insurance -Free organic, healthful food Mon-Thurs -Fun, celebratory work environment -Discounts on otherwise expensive Mercola products -Good stepping stone

Cons

-I had a horrible middle manager with no vision or leadership skills -IT was able to defy all company policies -I think the CTO also kept the business from progressing -Cumbersome departmental operations. Operationally, I could have saved the company the man hours of at least 2 employees in its international location. -No modern thought leadership. The business is ran like it's 1999. There are several handfuls of "lifers." -There is at least one joke of an employee, who does nothing but retains their employee status due to relationship with the company. -Limited career growth.

Cons

A lot of moving parts so you must be a very organized person.

Pros

Fully remote, good salary, good work life balance

Cons

Everything else. It’s impossible to actually do anything meaningful here because you have no autonomy or control over what you do. All directives from from the founder himself and his ideas are either illegal or impossible to accomplish for a variety of reasons. The CEO does not care about the company.
