Health conscious culture, fair pay, lots of bonus opportunities, health insurance, free lunches, access to a free gym, no cold calling, friendly coworkers and supervisors. Lots of reps get promoted within the company to other departments.

Cons

If you can't handle being on the phone all day and dealing with an angry customer on occasion, this job is not for you.

Fully remote, good salary, good work life balance

Cons

Everything else. It’s impossible to actually do anything meaningful here because you have no autonomy or control over what you do. All directives from from the founder himself and his ideas are either illegal or impossible to accomplish for a variety of reasons. The CEO does not care about the company.
