Pros
As a company i had no issues for the 7 yrs i worked there. After 7 yrs i got pushed out, written up n set up my direct manager. Got blamed for projects that were initially given to manager and not even started, and then passed off to me with minimal time to complete. Got written up for wearing a hat n shirt too low.
