The employees, especially in engineering, are incredibly smart and knowledgeable, giving you the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry.
Cons
The fast-paced nature of Mercury can be a challenge. There are no defined processes as you're often tackling new issues and solving problems without a roadmap from previous experiences. That said, new leadership has focused on equipping teams with tools and strategies to align on solving cross-functional issues, pushing this approach through all levels.
