      Pros

      Mercury has lots of great people to work with, friendly yet motivated to succeed. Company is great and cares for employees, Xmas parties, vtines gifts, etc. Growing company with a lot to look forward too. Great leadership!

      Cons

      Lots of acquisitions can be challenging for the new employees. More hands on training with tools and processes would be beneficial.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
