      Very forward thinking leadership who are not bounded by traditional defense business model. Always thinking outside of the box to ensure that the company provides the best and affordable solutions to our warfighters.

      Too much opportunities and limited amount of time!!!

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
