      Pros

      Look, I am not an hourly paid employee, but I have been. And my mother is, and many other people I love are. I couldn't be more impressed with the way Mercury Systems is treating our workforce during these unprecedented times, ESPECIALLY our hourly and essential employees. I am proud to work for #MercurySystems.

      Cons

      Everyone and every organization has things here and there that could be improved, but there are far more pros than any significant "cons" to mention.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
