Pros
A lot of companies treat their employees well when things are great. The true measure of a company is how they treat their workforce during a crisis, and the current coronavirus crisis is both a threat to health and adds economic uncertainty. Mercury leadership has been outstanding during this crisis. They have acted fast and decisively to protect the work force by quickly establishing work from home practices for those who can, and safety measures for those who cannot. Mercury is a critical defense solution provider, and must continue in our role for national security. Mercury continues to take care of it's workforce with a generous relief fund to support its workforce who may be suffering unexpected financial difficulties. Mercury leadership has placed the financial and physical health of its employees first. The have also rapidly deployed a reward program (thank a Health Worker) for employees to help support our nations bravest - the health care workers at the front lines of this war. In addition, Mercury is well positioned for an uncertain economy with large credit, cash resources, and low debt. Mercury is still hiring during this time. I have never been prouder to be part of this company and I hope that if you are reading this and looking for a place to work, you consider Mercury. It has proven itself as a rare company that takes its values, culture, and workforce well being as a top priority during a challenging time, not just when things are good.
