Pros
Executive management has focused on both the stability of Mercury as a company and the needs of the employees during these tough times. I believe they are going to great lengths to support both people that can work through this crisis and also provided several generous policies to assist anyone who is directly limited or unable to work due to social spacing guidelines.
Cons
There's nothing I'd list as negative enough to effect my ability work.
