      During this unprecedented time of COVID-19 pandemic and WFH scenario, I have never heard of other companies that accommodated, cared, incentivized and motivated employees in a way that made everything normal.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase
