      Pros

      All "words" are backed by "actions" from the executive level down. I am allowed to feel confident in my decisions, creativity, and I have a voice that is heard. It is very empowering to feel like a valued contributor who is appreciated and most importantly genuinely cared about in today's crazy world.

      Cons

      I wish I had joined sooner in my life, but we all have to work for other companies who don't stand up to expectations before we can find the ONE.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
