      Pros

      I joined in August 2020 and everyone has been very helpful with training while we work from home. The company helped provide monitors and other supplies to increase efficiency while WFH. There is also a lot of room for growth within the company in the long term.

      Cons

      There is some confusion between management assigning tasks to different departments, but this is only because the company is expanding so quickly.
