Leadership has placed the emphasis on growth and planning for scaling over the last few years; they've been working on putting in place a corporate organization to support higher-order programs. The good news is: it worked. The bad news is: maybe a little too well. The "production capability" has not grown proportionally to the "opportunity-generation machine". The structure of the company may have grown a little too top-heavy.
