Vision and Value statement is spot on but some of the upper management do the opposite. We are just too busy to address. HR is like a revolving door, there is no consistency in their staff within the last 2-3 years. If I need something and reach out to my known contact, I find out that they no longer work at Mercury. Also, New Service Center and MERC chatbot is not up to par to what was promised but will see how it goes as it is about a year old module.
