Senior leadership and management is really invested in providing support to their employees and getting employee inputs on how to further support employees' needs. I am proud to be a part of a company that really does live by the values it preaches. Leadership is very transparent and does a great job communicating with all employees. Additionally, I am impressed with the COVID 19 response - for employees that have to go into the office Mercury offers testing and contact tracing. For employees working remote - we have been supported with work from home set ups. All in all - great place to work!
