Pros

The pros at working at the Phoenix location is the people you work with. I honestly had a good group of people while working there that I miss working with. Everyone was friendly for the most part. The work is pretty easy and makes time go by fast. They have a wide selection benefits to enroll in. If you stick around with the company long enough you get a quarterly bonus and a yearly raise that matches inflation.

Cons

While working here I felt like there was no real room for growth. Yes you can bounce around station to station on the floor, but it feels like there is no real career path to follow that would guarantee you a higher position (on the floor atleast). When it slows down, it slows down. Sometimes there's no work to be done which leads to layoffs. The business is a business and they will lay you off during the holidays with no prior notice. Also the pay wasn't that great and was stiffed a dollar from what was posted online when I got hired on. I was told that OT was double, but was actually half times pay and not as promised from what the talent search stated during the hiring process. The benefits, if you chose all of them, would take out a majority of your paycheck if you enroll. One of the engineers is a control freak and will force you to work OT for making her do her job as punishment and claim that it is a learning experience, even though you are not allowed to work on the equipment.
