      Mid size company with opportunities to improve, standardize and make a difference.

      Cons

      Very focused on bottom line which often affects employees. They will mandate vacation days, not pay suppliers, or bonuses just to make numbers. They are also not embracing the new virtual world and will expect everyone to be on site as soon as they can.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase
