      Great culture Collaborative and helpful environment

      Cons

      No real opportunity to advance technically, try to push you into management for advancement. 8 reorganizations in 7 months, financially suffering, CEO left, VP of Engineering Left, his direct report for Continuing Engineering Excellence also left When they have problems, they either fire the entire management team or hire more managers

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!
