      New executive leadership trying to turn around things Good people to work with Competitive salaries

      Cons

      Several layoffs recently has been demoralizing. Lack of executive communication on the things that matter to employees. Work is guided by corporate direction vs. bottoms up processes and procedures. Little path to career growth.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase
