      Pros

      People in the trenches really cared about get the product out the door to protect those who protect us.

      Cons

      Upper management moved up to quickly without understanding where they came from. They need to realize the employees are not naive about what the end game is with the current CEO. The CEO is a relative of the fund group and has sold off companies in the past.

      Pros

      Great time off, schedule flexibility like 9/80, company shut down at end of year, caring coworkers, lots of resources, benefit add ons are great like pet insurance! They have a student loan company match program and tuition reimbursement. They seem to promote from within a lot too which is refreshing.

      Cons

      Spread out amongst lots of states East coast and West coast. Sometimes can make collaborating hard but the make it work well!

      Competitive pay and benefits package Great co-workers Management team has turned the company around Employee stock purchase plan has been a great investment because of stock price increase

      Cons

      Facility is far away from where I would want to live
