Pros
Working with the patients. The rest of the medical staff is very good about teamwork.
Cons
Horrible Boss. Terrible working conditions and the supervisor underneath the boss gossip about other employees constantly. Horrible pay. Expensive insurance. Supervisors work you to death and then complain if you have overtime. Sister Catherine McCauley is probably turning in her grave right now. I am certain she had no idea this institution would fail her and her dreams.
