      Pros

      Mercy truly cares about the patients and the people (for the most part) are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      They preach about this ministry they're founded on but they don't practice it. Many of the frontline staff are take advantage of, management is understaffed so there's little help from the top, and they have bad character people in high places.
