Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As you mentioned, our employee-focused approach is what drives us to offer great benefits, including a wonderful work-life balance, while supporting a driven but fun space! Mercy has continued to build a health care system for the future. For example, we are setting the standard response for COVID-19. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services asked Mercy to share our process for the COVID-19 test collection site we opened on 3/14/2020 in St. Louis. HHS says it's a best practice and they are sharing it with federal, state and local partners. Our work continues as we set up additional test sites throughout Mercy. Please reach out to mercyrecruitmentfeed@mercy.net with any further comments or suggestions you wish to share. Again, thank you for taking the time to write a review!

Pros

Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

Cons

Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
