As you mentioned, our employee-focused approach is what drives us to offer great benefits, including a wonderful work-life balance, while supporting a driven but fun space! Mercy has continued to build a health care system for the future. For example, we are setting the standard response for COVID-19. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services asked Mercy to share our process for the COVID-19 test collection site we opened on 3/14/2020 in St. Louis. HHS says it's a best practice and they are sharing it with federal, state and local partners. Our work continues as we set up additional test sites throughout Mercy.
