Our float/flex pool co-workers have a unique role within Mercy. We appreciate the flexibility these co-workers exhibit on a daily basis! As the demands in each department vary throughout the day, it is difficult for us to inform a co-worker which floor they will be working on hours before their scheduled shift. As you mentioned in your review, the plus side of working in the float pool is having the ability to set your own schedule.
