No Leadership - Construction Project Manager Mercy Employee Review

Pros

Rarely worked overtime, standard 40-hr work week.

Cons

Leadership is little to non-existent. Management avoids making decisions so they are not held accountable for anything. The construction projects are controlled by the vendors (AEC), not the hospital's project managers. HR notified of issues, but turned a blind eye. Consider yourself a puppet, not a construction professional. If you are looking for a pay check work here, if you seek dignity and respect....look elsewhere. In my experience, this organization does not practice what it preaches.
