Pros

If u are in the right place, the ppl are great ppl and positive and they have good benifits and retirement.

Cons

Health insurance is not affordable unless u have two incomes. And u only earn 7 hours a check (bi-weekly). And 2 hours per check for Extended sick bank that can't be used except in certain situations. Its not enough if u are a single parent and need to take kids to dr appts on a regular basis. Not all ppl act the way mercy tries to train them to.
