Great coworkers, not so great management - Patient Access Representative Mercy Employee Review

The few bad coworkers never were reprimanded. They were just allowed to do whatever they wanted while the rest of my department worked their butts off. Every single department is understaffed! Also, my managers were not very empathetic people. I was having a hard time with the pandemic happening and then my dog died. My managers made fun of the fact that my dog died and that I was upset about it.
