Pros

I met good people working with Mercy. They are increasing the wages in October

Cons

I came to realize that what I was responsible for, the amount of training I had, and the amount that I was being paid did not line up. Communication does seem to be a recurring issue throughout the organization. It may depend on the clinic, but I experienced workplace cattiness that felt very high school. It seems that they are very numbers oriented with no regard for context. After reading some other reviews, I am almost glad that I didn’t report to HR..
