Pros

You are able to work from home once you qualify

Cons

Supervisors are too focused on numbers rather than patient care because their managers force unrealistic numbers down on them. You are encouraged to get off the phone as quick as possible to reach your number goals but are then reprimanded for not hitting all the talking points they require before getting off the phone You need to request time off MONTHS in advance, and even if you do, there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get it (a lot of coworkers were denied even life/family events because "they didn't have enough people to handle call volume"). They are complain that patients shouldn't wait that long so they try to train everyone on all specialties but there are no pay raises with each no responsibility. I worked there for a year and learned 4 more specialties therefore have 4x the amount of work and did not get a pay raise. The supervisors don't help employees in the slightest
