Pros

none that i can think of anymore

Cons

you will be expected to do the work of at least 3 other people at best you can expect a 2% increase each year and no cost of living adjustment Used to have one of the best insurances out there but not it's middle of the road at best Upper management doesn't listen to the "boots on the ground"
