No Training or Support - Practice Manager Mercy Employee Review

Staff is spread so thin that they are unable to properly train and onboard new employees. I have been here 6+ months now and still don’t feel like I know how to do my job, which is definitely not what you want in a manager. Benefits are also terrible from what I expected.
