Pros

Attendance incentive bonus but ends in December 2023 Trainers are nice and friendly

Cons

Upper management micro manages and does not allow for true growth. You will get a write up really fast because they value perfection and robots! If you call in to Mercy primary care or internal medicine, you ARE NOT speaking to the office!! Upper management encourages lying to the patients about this and you must rebuild and not let the patient speak to the doctor office directly!
