Pros

Mercy's mission speaks to me as a healthcare professional. The people have always been nice to me. They provide FSA, which is a nice piece of benefits. I have an amazing leader and have seen more exceptional leaders than not.

Cons

The pay and benefits are not competitive enough for the area. I feel like I could make more money doing the same job at a different company in the area. The benefits are just okay. For a healthcare facility I would think they'd provide a better benefit and compensation plan. Also, Mercy does not pay for national holidays. If you're not working that day, either by choice or because your area is closed, you still have to use PTO. They claim to provide more PTO, but paid holidays should be standard, because if you don't have the option to work and don't have the PTO, you're stuck taking it unpaid.
