Pros
There are much better options, but its not a horrible first medical job. Learning opportunities are there, despite the massive workload and severe understaffing.
Cons
Constant employee turnover, inadequate compensation, lack of teamwork, and steadily increasing workload not being addressed with appropriate staffing and scheduling. Lack of management involvement in helping improve work and co-workers.
