Pros

Starting pay without experiences can be $70,000+, but requires 60+ hour weeks.

Cons

No work/life balance, awful upper management, lots of traveling, and few resources to help you achieve your goals. Burnout rate is very high.

Pros

Flexible hours and the work is straightforward and easy. It's an honorable job where you are helping people. Decent place to work part time if you are in school or close to retirement. Air conditioned and clean.

Cons

Pay is mediocre and a lot of the staff there can be very rude and unprofessional. Not all of them but a lot of them. Coworkers in department will actively avoid work creating an uneven workload between employees. No yearly raises or room for growth. It's just a job.
