Pros
The ER has a great team that will ensure success of any newcomer. The direct manager does what he can with what he has. The immediate management can work magic to make your schedule happen. There is a lot of room to grow, as long as you are willing to put in the work with school.
Cons
Upper management has zero idea what a ER does, and comes up with grand ideas that make willie coyote look like a genius. Also note that you make less than a door greeter if you are a tech.
