Lots of available jobs, benefits aren't terrible, room to change areas of practice. My immediate management cares about us, above that no.
Cons
You are a number, you are disposable, you are not protected against physical or verbal assault. HR told a coworker they couldn't stop her from leaving out the back door because they would keep bringing people through the front door. Higher turn over. Knowledge well is getting more shallow.
