Pros

The products at Meridian were quality products that I felt comfortable representing, and had a favorable acceptance by the hospital and laboratory customers.

Cons

Meridian grew too fast to keep up. They continue to struggle with management, and have a revolving door which provides lack of stability for the employees. The culture of the company was wonderful when I began working there, but evolved into a very toxic environment by the time I resigned.

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Cons

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Cons

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
