Pros

Competitive Health coverage at a good price. Small company get to know almost everyone easily.

Cons

There is a massive disconnect between upper management and middle management. Upper management appears to want an environment of integrity, but when the message comes from middle management it is more about do what ever it takes to get the job done, regardless of health, saftey, or legal stipulations. The company has opporated for aproximatly 35 years the health and safety officer position was created in 2009, he does not get full coporation from middle managers that are adverse to change and his support from uppermanagement does not always line up with the new culture of saftey they are trying to create. Because of the companies size there is limited room for growth, no corporate mentoring system to help with career development. Lower level employees work is used to is sited as the reason for the promotion of managers. Promotions have been offered and then withdrawn. Employees are afraid of HR, conversations that are suposed to be confidentail, are not always kept confidential.

Pros

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Cons

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Pros

Decent benefits package Collaborative teams Knowledgeable employees Supportive middle management New leadership in the last restructure has made improvements

Cons

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
