Pros

they are good at telling stories, so be careful in the interview process, even if you have the foresight to ask the correct questions, they will still "tell a story" to cover up the truth, another word that comes to mind is LIAR'S

Cons

So many issues, where to start.let's see, you will be expected to work 10-14 hour days, navigate a 3 state territory, hit 4 hospitals a day, travel Sundays (regularly),expect to be micro managed like you've never seen before, turnover so high that 25 territories can't stay staffed, most tenured rep in my district is a few months,THEY PREY ON THE UNEMPLOYED/SOON TO BE UNEMPLOYED

Pros

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Cons

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Pros

Decent benefits package Collaborative teams Knowledgeable employees Supportive middle management New leadership in the last restructure has made improvements

Cons

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear your positive comments about our teams, benefits, and recent leadership changes. We also take employee concerns seriously and want to clarify that personnel decisions follow a multi layered review process to ensure fairness and consistency; HR is one part of that process, not the sole decision maker. As a current employee, we encourage you to use our internal channels for discussing or reporting concerns so they can be reviewed appropriately. We appreciate your input as we continue working to support our employees and strengthen the overall experience.
