Pros
There is a new CEO who is focused on empowering people and changing the culture for the better. Things are starting to turn around, morale is on the upswing, and there have been positive changes to leadership. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews because it's not the same company it was. A lot of the employees who have been here for a long time are resistant to change even if it's obviously for the better. There is lot of room to learn, grow, and share your ideas, you just have to be willing to think outside of the box and make it happen!
Cons
Some of the tenured employees are sometimes difficult to work with because "that's the way it's always been done." This makes it difficult to get things done, especially when it's middle management resisting.
