Pros

Meridian has really turned around under the new leadership regime because it's clear that the CEO and EVP genuinely care about the people here and think of them as family. The culture is changing to be more focused on working towards a common goal. Don't listen to the disgruntled employees... they are the ones with a bad attitude resisting the positive changes.

Cons

The employees are spread out in a few different buildings so sometimes it's hard to work together as efficiently as we would if we were together.

Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Cons

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

Decent benefits package Collaborative teams Knowledgeable employees Supportive middle management New leadership in the last restructure has made improvements

Cons

Still a lot of uncertainty since the merger in 2021 HR can be toxic - all final decisions made by them based on personal preference/optics Optics are preferred to actual work ethic and performance Pay is below current market rates Upward movement is nearly impossible unless you are a favorite of HR Consistent layoffs/restructuring over the last 3 years
